Sustainable Connection

ARTIST OPEN CALL, submit by Nov. 4

The changes we need in the world are deeply behavioural and cultural, requiring a reimagining of the way we live, communicate, educate, produce and do business. It needs to be happening through all avenues of life including ART. Art has always played a role in changing society…"Neither Sustainability or a deeply connected world won't spring from spreadsheets" or data. It's going to require people getting emotional in response to the things they see and do, to be encouraged to take real physical action at the root of things. Art plays a social responsibility to generate images and movements that elevate such possibilities.

The Unobvious Lab / Con Gusto invites all artists working in Drawing, Painting & Photography to apply to exhibit in this upcoming Open Call Exhibition exploring the themes human connection & sustainability. The exhibition will open on the 29th of November 2019 at Un-obvious Lab/Con Gusto, a new hot spot for creativity, business & gastronomy in Santos neighbourhood Lisbon. The exhibition will close on the 30th of December 2019.
